Today was travel day, but with Dungroamin Holidays, travel is rarely dull.
At the airport, we discovered that Pete’s socks are made out of lead. He had packed an extra pair of socks for the return journey compared with when he flew out, and was told his bag was overweight. Either that or Kathy had sneaked in more amber than he knew about.
Kathy got stopped at security because she had not taken her tablet out of her bag, as you are meant to do with computer equipment. When asked about it, no doubt by a customs officer with an accent of eastern European origin, she explained that it was only paracetamol!
Still, we eventually all made it back safe and sound.
